NoHo Noir tries, but we can't be everywhere in Los Angeles at once. Fortunately, we have minions throughout the city and the county and beyond who feed us information so we never have to leave our lair. We've just discovered Food She Thought, a snappy site run by a woman who quotes Frederic Raphael ("Great restaurants are, of course, nothing but mouth-brothels") and invites us along on her culinary adventures.
